СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ДИАГНОСТИКЕ РЕДКИХ ФОРМ ГАСТРИТОВ И ГАСТРОПАТИЙ

Аннотация
В обзоре обобщены данные литературы о редких формах гастритов и гастропатий. К числу описанных нами гастритов относятся: лимфоцитарный, плазмоцитарный, эозинофильный, гранулематозный; отдельную группу составляют гастриты, развивающиеся под влиянием внешних факторов: лекарственный, НПВС-индуцированный и постлучевой гастриты. В рамках вопроса о гастропатиях мы уделили внимание описанию болезни Менетрие, портальной гипертензивной гастропатии и GAVE-синдрому. Представлены материалы о частоте встречаемости каждой патологии, этиологии, клинических проявлениях, морфологических и эндоскопических критериях диагностики. Рассмотрены вопросы дифференциальной диагностики и лечебной тактики при данных заболеваниях.
