Представлены материалы о действии оксида азота на эндотелий сосудов и о способах определения дисфункции эндотелия инвазивным и неинвазивным методами. Обобщены данные о влиянии функции щитовидной железы на эндотелий, в частности рассмотрены вопросы эндотелийзависимой вазодилятации при субклиническом гипотиреозе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review summarizes literature data on endothelial dysfunction in hypothyroidism. There are presented materials on action of nitric oxide on vascular endothelium and on methods for determination of endothelial dysfunction by invasive and non-invasive methods.
