Перенесенная преэклампсия, особенно тяжелые ее формы, увеличивает риск развития заболеваний сердечно- сосудистой системы, церебро-васкулярных осложнений и перипартальной кардиомиопатии, что обуславливает важность прогнозирования и профилактики.</p><p>За последние 20 лет предложен целый ряд моделей прогноза преэклампсии: часть из них основана только на учете анамнестических факторов риска и имеет низкую информативность; более современные модели учитывают не только анамнестический риск, но и различные биометрические показатели, такие как скорость кровотока в маточных артериях, что значительно повышает информативность метода, а также позволяет проводить динамическое прогнозирование.</p><p>В обзоре приводятся актуальные модели прогнозирования преэклампсии, используемые в мире и в Российской Федерации, с указанием данных об их информативности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Preeclampsia has long been a leading cause of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality worldwide, including in Russia. A history of preeclampsia, particularly in its severe forms, increases the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular complications, and peripartum cardiomyopathy, making prognosis and prevention crucial.</p><p>Over the past 20 years, a number of preeclampsia prognostic models have been proposed. Some are based solely on anamnestic risk factors and offer limited information.
