   Идиопатический легочный фиброз (ИЛФ) – это тяжелое заболевание с неблагоприятным прогнозом, требующее комплексного и мультидисциплинарного подхода к диагностике и лечению. В его клинической картине доминируют неспецифические симптомы: прогрессирующая одышка и кашель. Нередко эти симптомы интерпретируются клиницистами как проявления других нозологий со схожей клинической картиной (ХОБЛ, ХСН и др.). Это является одной из причин поздней верификации диагноза.

   Но ранняя диагностика и своевременное начало патогенетической терапии являются ключевыми факторами, влияющими на прогноз заболевания.

   Важную роль в терапии ИЛФ играют антифибротические препараты (пирфенидон и нинтеданиб), которые способствуют замедлению снижения легочной функции и увеличению выживаемости, особенно при инициации терапии на ранних стадиях заболевания.

   Эти препараты характеризуются схожим профилем безопасности и эффективности.

   Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a severe disease with an unfavorable prognosis, requiring a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis and treatment.

   Its clinical presentation is dominated by nonspecific symptoms, primarily progressive dyspnea and cough, which clinicians may attribute to similar conditions (COPD, CHF, and others), thereby delaying verification of the diagnosis. Early diagnosis and the timely initiation of targeted therapy are crucial for improving patient outcomes.

   Antifibrotic medications (pirfenidone and nintedanib) are essential in IPF treatment, slowing pulmonary function decline and improving survival, particularly when initiated early.

   They exhibit comparable safety and efficacy profiles.
