Проведён одноцентровой ретроспективный анализ 249 рандомных случаев коронарного шунтирования из общего регистра 1 392 пациентов за 2019–2025 гг. При создании сопоставимых групп использовался метод подбора по индексу соответствия с формированием сбалансированных сопоставимых парных групп.</p><p>   Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Частота ранних послеоперационных осложнений после аортокоронарного шунтирования составляет 12,2 %. Наиболее значимыми предикторами развития осложнений являются постоянная форма фибрилляции предсердий (OR 3,75; 95 % ДИ 1,65–8,50; p &lt; 0,01) и гиперлактатемия (OR 1,68; 95 % ДИ 1,02–2,75; p = 0,04).</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Выявленные факторы риска могут быть использованы для прогнозирования осложнённого течения и оптимизации периоперационного ведения пациентов, подвергающихся АКШ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Objective of the study: to identify preoperative and intraoperative risk factors associated with complicated postoperative outcomes in patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting.</p><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. A single-center retrospective analysis was conducted on 249 random cases of coronary artery bypass grafting from a total registry of 1,392 patients for the years 2019–2025. Propensity score matching was used to create comparable groups, resulting in balanced comparable paired groups.</p><p>   Research results and discussion. The frequency of early postoperative complications after coronary artery bypass grafting is 12,2 %.
