Эксперты определили существенные атрибуты корпоративных программ укрепления здоровья работающих. Проведен опрос работников предприятий Тюменской области с последующей обработкой результатов по модели Кано. Выявлены наиболее значимые, привлекательные и нейтральные атрибуты. Рассчитаны индексы удовлетворенности и неудовлетворенности работников по каждому атрибуту. При обработке результатов применялась авторская программа на Python, позволяющая соотнести атрибут и категорию по модели Кано.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. К приоритетным атрибутам отнесены: реабилитация после профзаболеваний, наличие комнаты для кратковременного отдыха, отгулы для посещения врача, фитнесс-скидки. Привлекательные атрибуты: здоровое питание, занятия физкультурой. Атрибуты с двойственным восприятием: регулярные медосмотры, телемедицинские консультации. Безразличные атрибуты: автоматизированный контроль физической активности, программы стресс-менеджмента, корпоративные челленджи.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Работодателям следует фокусироваться на обязательных атрибутах (реабилитация, гибкий график), а здоровое питание и фитнесс использовать как конкурентные преимущества.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   The aim of the research: to identify the key attributes of corporate employee health promotion programs that are most important for employees using the Kano model.</p><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. Experts have identified the essential attributes of corporate employee health promotion programs. A survey of employees in the Tyumen region was conducted, the results were processed using the Kano model. The most significant, appealing and neutral attributes were identified. The indices of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction for each attribute were calculated. The author's Python program was used to determine the correspondence between an attribute and a category according to the Kano model.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. The priority attributes include: rehabilitation after occupational diseases, availability of a room for short-term rest, time off for visiting a doctor, fitness discounts. Appealing attributes: healthy eating, physical education. Attributes with dual perception: regular medical examinations, telemedicine consultations. Indifferent attributes: automated control of physical activity, stress management programs, corporate challenges.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion. Employers should focus on mandatory attributes (rehabilitation, flexible schedule), and use healthy nutrition and fitness as competitive advantages.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>модель Кано</kwd><kwd>метод Кано</kwd><kwd>корпоративная программа укрепления здоровья&#13;
