Изучить прогностически неблагоприятные факторы риска возникновения остеопоротических переломов у женщин старше 50 лет, проживающих на территории Забайкальского края.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследована 121 женщина с ОП: 67 русской и 54 бурятской национальностей (средний возраст – 63,5 года). Группу сравнения составили 145 женщин, сопоставимых по возрасту с основной группой. Методом ПЦР с использованием стандартных наборов праймеров были изучены генетические полиморфизмы: VDR, LCT и COL1A1. У 80 женщин была исследована концентрация маркеров метаболизма костной ткани в сыворотке крови: пиридинолина, С-концевого телопептида коллагена I типа и 25-гидрокси витамина D.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У женщин старше 50 лет, проживающих на территории Забайкальского края, риск развития остеопороза повышен в случае носительства гомозиготного генотипа ТТ гена LCT-13910 C&gt;T и аллеля А гена рецептора витамина D VDR - Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A. У женщин русской национальности с риском развития остеопороза ассоциирован генотип GА гена VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A и генотип ТТ гена LCT-13910 С&gt;Т. У женщин бурятской национальности риск развития остеопороза увеличивается при носительстве генотипа АА гена VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A. У русских женщин отмечено повышение содержания пиридинолина в сыворотке крови по сравнению с бурятами. Установлены независимые предикторы развития переломов: генотипа ТТ гена лактазы -13910 T&gt;C и высокая концентрация С-концевого телопептида коллагена I типа у русских женщин, повышение уровня пиридинолин и ß-CrossLaps в сыворотке крови у бурят.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Исследование генетического полиморфизма генов-метаболитов костной ткани и маркеров костной резорбции в сыворотке крови может быть использовано в качестве ранней доклинической диагностики низкоэнергетических переломов у женщин старше 50 лет, проживающих в Забайкальском крае.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The aim of the research</title><p>The aim of the research. To study prognostically unfavorable risk factors of the occurrence osteoporotic fractures in women over 50 years old in Trans-Baikal Region.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 121 women with OP (67 Russian and 54 Buryat nationalities, average age 63.5 years) and 145 healthy women of the same age were examined. The genetic polymorphisms VDR, LCT and COL1A1 were studied by PCR. The concentrations of bone tissue metabolism markers in the blood serum of 80 women were studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Homozygous TT of LCT 13910 C&gt;T and recessive allele A VDR - Bsm1 c.IVS7 G&gt;A were associated with increased risk of osteoporosis in women over 50 years of age living in the Trans-Baikal Territory. Heterozygous GА of VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A, homozygous TT of LCT 13910 C&gt;T were associated with increased risk of osteoporosis in Russian women. Homozygous АА of VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A were associated with osteoporosis risk in Buryat women. The content of pyridinoline is increased in the blood serum of Russian women compared to Buryats. Independent predictors of the development of fractures were established: the TT genotype of the LCT and a high concentration of the ß-CrossLaps in Russian women, an increase in the level of pyridinoline and ß-CrossLaps in the blood serum of Buryats.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
