Корригированная транспозиция магистральных сосудов представляет собой редкий врожденный порок сердца, характеризующийся предсердно-желудочковой и желудочково- артериальной дискордантностью. В статье приведено описание клинического случая данного порока у пожилой пациентки, особенностью которого являлось длительное бессимптомное течение порока, обусловленное отсутствием расстройств гемодинамики. Эхокардиографическое исследование в данном случае имело ведущую роль в постановке диагноза.

Corrected transposition of the great vessels is a rare congenital heart defect characterized by atrioventricular and ventricular-arterial discordance. The article describes a clinical case of this defect in an elderly patient, the feature of which was a long-term asymptomatic course of the defect due to the absence of hemodynamic disorders. Echocardiographic examination in this case had a leading role in the diagnosis.
