Отмечена этиологическая роль НР в формировании язвенной болезни (ЯБ) и рака желудка (РЖ). Распространенность НР отличается в разных регионах, в разных этнических, социальных и возрастных группах. В статье обобщены публикации о частоте инфицирования НР в разных странах, об изменении эпидемиологической ситуации в мире за последние годы, отмечено снижение НР- позитивности в Японии, Корее, Китае, Австралии. Проанализированы факторы риска заражения в зависимости от пола, возраста, места проживания, этнической принадлежности, образовательного статуса и профессии. Представлены данные о более частом инфицировании НР медицинского персонала. Выделение профессиональной группы риска медицинских работников является важным фактом, так как может способствовать раннему выявлению и лечению хеликобактерной инфекции и ассоциированных заболеваний (хронического гастрита, ЯБ, РЖ), профилактике и контролю передачи НР на рабочих местах, а также лучшему пониманию проблемы и правильному лечению своих пациентов. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Helicobacter pylori (HP) is one of the most common infections and is recognized as a gastric pathogen in humans, leading to the development of gastritis in all infected individuals. The etiological role of HP in the formation of peptic ulcer (PU) and gastric cancer (GC) has been noted. The prevalence of HP differs in different regions, in different ethnic, social and age groups. The article summarizes publications on the frequency of HP infection in different countries, changes in the epidemiological situation in the world in recent years, and noted a decrease in HP positivity in Japan, Korea, China, and Australia. Risk factors for infection were analyzed depending on gender, age, place of residence, ethnicity, educational status and profession. Data are presented on the more frequent infection of medical personnel with HP.
