Ишемический инсульт – это внезапная неврологическая недостаточность, обусловленная острой фокальной церебральной ишемией, приводящей к инфаркту головного мозга. В научных кругах значительно меньше освещена роль нарушений гемостаза в патогенезе ишемического инсульта, а также недостаточно изучены динамика нарушений и ранние признаки активации свертывающей системы крови, в том числе развитие геморрагической трансформации и вторичного вазоспазма.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review article presents current information on the pathogenetic features of hemostasis in cerebral ischemic stroke based on the analysis of scientific articles indexed in PubMed and Web of Science databases. Ischemic stroke is a sudden neurological failure due to acute focal cerebral ischemia leading to cerebral infarction.
