В статье приводятся данные о методах инвазивного выявления ишемии миокарда на основании оценки функциональной значимости стенозов коронарных артерий. Рассматривается область применения фракционного и моментального резерва кровотока в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями, приведены ограничения и сложности при их использовании, описана методика проведения. Представлен клинический пример определения моментального резерва кровотока у пациентки с «пограничными» стенозами коронарных артерий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Abstract. This article presents data on methods of invasive detection of myocardial ischemia based on the assessment of the functional significance of coronary artery stenoses. The scope of application of fractional flow reserve and instantaneous flow reserve according to the clinical guidelines is considered, limitations and difficulties of their use are given, the technique of their application is described.
