В статье представлен обзор данных научной литературы о применении одного из основных методов бережливого производства – всеобщего обслуживания оборудования, рассматриваемого в специализированных иностранных источниках под аббревиатурой ТРМ – Total Productive Maintenance. В основе обзора лежат результаты экспериментальных и теоретических работ отечественных и зарубежных авторов за последние 20 лет. Выявлены потенциальные проблемы и риски внедрения всеобщего обслуживания оборудования в систему здравоохранения, а также определены возможности метода в рамках повышения эффективности функционирования медицинских организаций различных форм собственности.

The article provides a review of scientific literature data on the application of one of the main methods of lean production – Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The review is based on the results of experimental and theoretical work by domestic and foreign authors over the past 20 years. Possible problems and risks of introducing universal equipment maintenance into the healthcare system have been identified, and the possibilities of the method in improving the efficiency of the functioning of medical organizations of various forms of ownership have been identified.
