Учитывая актуальность проблемы инфекционного заболевания, не достаточную изученность и наличие противоречивых результатов научных исследователей в области имунопатогенеза ветряной оспы, выявлена целесообразность дальнейшего изучения обозначенного направления в науке.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The literature review presents an analysis of publications by Russian and foreign authors on clinical and laboratory indicators characterizing the immune system of patients with varicella, using modern databases – RSCI, PubMed, Scopus.
