Описать частоту встречаемости аллелей и генотипов полиморфных вариантов генов ремоделирования костной ткани (гена рецептора витамина Д Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A, гена лактазы LCT -13910 C&gt;T и гена коллагена COL1A1 2046 G&gt;T) у больных остеопорозом (ОП) и здоровых женщин русской и бурятской национальностей в Забайкалье.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены 121 женщина с ОП в возрасте от 50 до 80 лет (67 русской и 54 бурятской национальностей). Контрольную группу составили 145 женщин, сопоставимых по возрасту с основной группой. Диагноз ОП устанавливался согласно «Российским клиническим рекомендациям по остеопорозу» 2021 года. Исследование генетического полиморфизма проводилось методом ПЦР для VDR и LCT с использованием стандартных наборов праймеров НПФ «Литех» - «SNP» (Москва); и «ДНК – технология» для COL1A1.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Сравнительный анализ частот аллелей генотипов между клинической и контрольной группами показал, что носительство гомозиготного генотипа ТТ гена LCT -13910 C&gt;T и аллеля А гена рецептора витамина Д VDR - Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A ассоциированы с риском развития ОП среди женщин обеих национальностей. Носительство генотипа GА гена VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A и генотипа ТТ гена LCT -13910 С&gt;Т увеличивает риск развития остеопороза у русских женщин. Носительство генотипа АА гена VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A увеличивает риск развития остеопороза у лиц бурятской национальности. Регрессионным анализом установлено, что независимым предиктором развития переломов у русских женщин является носительство рецессивного гомозиготного генотипа ТТ гена лактазы -13910 T&gt;C.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Риск развития ОП среди русских женщин увеличивается при носительстве генотипа GА гена VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A и генотипа ТТ гена LCT-13910 С&gt;Т. У бурят вероятность развития ОП повышается при носительстве генотипа АА гена VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The aim of the research</title><p>The aim of the research. To describe the frequency of occurrence of polymorphisms in bone tissue remodeling genes (vitamin D receptor gene Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A, lactase gene LCT -13910 C&gt;T and collagen gene COL1A1 2046 G&gt;T) in patients with osteoporosis (OP) and healthy women of Russian and Buryat nationalities in Trans-Baikal region.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 121 women with OP (50 Russian and 80 Buryat nationalities aged from 50 to 80 years) and 145 healthy women of the same age were examined. The diagnosis of OP was established according to the Russian Clinical Guidelines for Osteoporosis 2021. The study of genetic polymorphism was carried out by PCR for VDR and LCT using standard sets of primers SPF "Litekh" - "SNP" (Moscow); and DNA Technology for COL1A1.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Homozygous TT of LCT 13910 C&gt;T and recessive allele A VDR - Bsm1 c.IVS7 G&gt;A were associated with increased risk of osteoporosis in women of both nationalities. Heterozygous GА of VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A, homozygous TT of LCT 13910 C&gt;T were associated with increased risk of osteoporosis in Russian women. Homozygous АА of VDR Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A were associated with osteoporosis risk in Buryat women. Homozygous recessive TT of LCT 13910 C&gt;T is independent predictor of osteoporotic fractures in Russian women.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. VDR gene heterozygous GА of Bsm1 c.IVS7G&gt;A and homozygous TT of LCT 13910 C&gt;T were associated with osteoporosis risk in Russian women.
