Большая часть пациентов, перенесших COVID-19, полностью выздоравливают спустя 14 дней от начала заболевания. При этом каждый десятый человек сталкивается с долгосрочными проявлениями со стороны ряда систем организма. Симптомы постковидного синдрома многочисленны, неоднородны и сложны для интерпретации. В обзоре рассматриваются механизмы развития, основные проявления длительного COVID-19. Особое внимание уделено причинам и клиническим вариантам поражения сердечнососудистой системы, в том числе эндотелиальной дисфункции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The epidemic of a new coronavirus infection provoked a second pandemic, “post-Covid”, among convalescents with a long-lasting clinical condition. Most patients who have had COVID-19 recover completely after two weeks from the onset of the disease. At the same time, every tenth person faces long-term manifestations from a number of body systems. Symptoms of post-Covid syndrome are numerous, heterogeneous and difficult to interpret. The review examines the development mechanisms and main manifestations of long-term COVID-19.
