Учитывая неблагоприятные эпидемиологические данные, а также частые рецидивы заболевания, несмотря на применение консервативной терапии и повторные оперативные вмешательства, данное заболевание значительно снижает качество жизни пациентов. В данной статье представлены обобщенные данные литературы о клинических фенотипах полипозного риносинусита.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chronic polypous rhinosinusitis is a multifactorial disease that is accompanied by chronic inflammation of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses with its remodeling, formation and recurrent growth of polyps. Given the unfavorable epidemiological data, as well as frequent relapses of the disease, despite the use of conservative therapy and repeated surgical interventions, this disease significantly reduces the quality of life of patients.
