Из-за широкого распространения глутаматэргической системы в ЦНС, заболевание имеет тяжёлое течение, выраженную психотическую симптоматику с полиморфной неврологической патологией. Преобладание острого психоза в дебюте, разнообразная клиническая картина с низкой диагностической ценностью нейровизуализации (МРТ) обуславливает трудности в установлении диагноза и назначения ранней патогенетической терапии.</p><p>В статье описывается клинический случай ЭА к NMDAр у ребёнка, возникший подостро и проявившийся тяжёлыми психическими нарушениями с присоединением в дальнейшем неврологических расстройств. Учитывая выраженность психических расстройств у пациента в детском возрасте, редкость данной патологии, постановка диагноза сопровождалась определёнными трудностями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Idiopathic autoimmune encephalitis with antibodies to NMDA receptors (EA to NMDAR) is a severe disease of the nervous system characterized by a variety of neuropsychiatric pathology and an involvement of neurotransmitter systems. Due to the wide distribution of the glutamatergic system in the central nervous system, the disease has a severe course, prominent psychotic symptoms with polymorphic neurological pathology. The predominance of acute psychosis at the onset, a diverse clinical picture with a low diagnostic value of neuroimaging (MRI) causes difficulties in establishing a diagnosis and prescribing early pathogenetic therapy.</p><p>The article describes a clinical case of EA to NMDAr in a child that arose subacutely and manifested itself as severe mental disorders with further neurological disorders.
