В эту статью включены возможные маркеры крови как предикторы поражения коронарных артерий. В обзоре обобщены материалы о патогенетических механизмах влияния сахарного диабета на особенности развитие атеросклероза коронарных артерий. Данные из статей о пациентах с сахарным диабетом 2 типа были обобщены и представлены описательно.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In a literature review, we reviewed a number of studies published over the past 10 years in order to identify the features of the development of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in combination with coronary heart disease. This article includes possible blood markers as predictors of coronary artery disease. The review summarizes materials on the pathogenetic mechanisms of the influence of diabetes mellitus on the features of the development of atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries.
