Наиболее тяжёлой формой ЦВЗ является острое нарушение мозгового кровообращения (ОНМК). Несмотря на значительные успехи в организации медицинской помощи пациентам, которые перенесли острую сосудистую катастрофу, смертность от данной патологии в Российской Федерации остаётся одной из самых высоких в мире. Ишемический инсульт – это мультифакториальное заболевание, в основе которого лежат факторы риска, их коррекция достоверно снижает частоту возникновения церебральной ишемии. В обзоре литературы представлены современные эпидемиологические данные по цереброваскулярной патологии, освещена патогенетическая классификация ишемического инсульта, рассматриваются основные факторы риска его возникновения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cerebrovascular diseases (CVD) are the main cause of disability and mortality in the adult population in the Russian Federation, the USA and European countries. The most severe form of CVD is acute cerebrovascular accident (ACVA). Despite significant progress in organizing medical care for patients who have suffered from an acute vascular accident, the mortality rate from this pathology in the Russian Federation remains one of the highest ones in the world. Ischemic stroke is a multifactorial disease based on risk factors, their correction significantly reduces the frequency of cerebral ischemia.
