   Новая коронавирусная инфекция связана с возникновением после перенесенного заболевания стойких симптомов, влияющих на повседневную жизнь, известных как постковидный синдром (ПКС). Особое место синдром занимает у онкологических пациентов, снижая качество жизни, обуславливая необходимость дифференциальной диагностики с прогрессированием или рецидивированием злокачественного заболевания у них, необходимостью отмены специализированного лечения из-за тяжести клинических проявлений. В статье приводится обзор литературы по теме ПКС, клинический случай ПКС у онкологического пациента. Учитывая выраженность постковидных расстройств у пациента с онкологическим заболеванием, неизученность данного явления, постановка диагноза сопровождалась определёнными трудностями.

   Novel coronavirus infection is associated with the onset of persistent symptoms after illness that affect daily life, known as the post-COVID syndrome (PCS). The syndrome occupies a special category in oncological patients, reducing the quality of life, necessitating differential diagnosis with the progression or recurrence of a malignant disease in them. The article describes the literature review of PCS, a clinical case of PCS in an oncological patient, which arose during the dispensary observation of an oncologist. Given the severity of post-COVID disorders in a patient with cancer, the lack of knowledge of this phenomenon, the diagnosis was accompanied by certain difficulties.
